2027 Annual Meeting Registration

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to March 16, 2027. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@aspneph.org. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same organization at no charge. If the substitute's registration rate is higher, the difference in fees must be paid at the time of transfer. Note that cancellations for the hotel should be submitted directly to the InterContinental New Orleans.

Registration Notice: By registering for the meeting, you agree that ASPN may provide your information as part of an attendee list to meeting supporters for promotional purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. You also understand that the meeting may be photographed and recorded, and you consent to ASPN using photographs, video, and audio recordings that include your image or voice in its publications, website, social media, and other promotional materials, without compensation.
